All JONI orders include free shipping — our prices are all-inclusive, so what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery after processing:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us at hello@drinkjoni.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll make it right.
Order changes & cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us at hello@drinkjoni.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate requests made before the order ships.
